Northbound Drivers:
Take I-87 North (NYS Thruway) to exit 23. Bear right after toll booths, drive up ramp and turn left onto Rt 9W north. Turn right at 2nd traffic light onto Hoffman Ave. At end of Hoffman Ave. turn left onto 2nd Avenue. After a short distance turn right onto Marshall St. and follow to next traffic light. Go straight across the intersection onto St . James Place. Follow St. James Place to second light and turn right onto Hackett Blvd. Clara Barton Drive is the second left. GuildCare is the first building on the left.

Southbound Drivers:
Take I-87 south (Northway) to exit for the NYS Thruway , go through the toll booths and follow signs to south toward New York City. Get off at exit 23 which is the next exit. Follow directions above to GuildCare.

Eastbound Drivers:
Get on NYS Thruway and travel East ( NYS Thruway is known as I-90 when west of Albany ) to exit 23 and follow directions above.
