Special Education Teacher

Description:	The Guild School serving students and young adults who are deaf blind with additional disabilities, seeks Teacher experienced with similar student population.

Requirements:	· MA degree in Special Education, with appropriate NYS Dept. of Ed. Certification, or eligible through a university program in Special Education or Vision Impairment · Experience in early literacy, augmentative and alternative forms of communication a plus.

Nurse Case Managers

Description:	GUILDNET our rapidly growing innovative long-term managed care program for the visually impaired/blind population throughout the New York City region, is now offering excellent career and growth opportunities. We are currently looking for candidates with a successful track record of thriving in a fastpaced and challenging Managed Care and/or Home Care environment, to fill the role of Nurse Case Manager. In this position you will provide telephonic case management of long-term health care services allowing plan members to remain in the community by collaborating with health care providers and developing personalized plans of care.

Requirements:	• BSN or relevant Baccalaureate degree preferred. • Candidate must have a valid NYS RN license. • 2 years experience in Case Management and/or Home Care preferred. • Computer literacy.

Speech Therapist

Description:	The Guild School now has an immediate opportunity for a Certified Speech Pathologist to work as part of an interdisciplinary team providing services to school age students who are blind, visually impaired or deaf-blind and have additional disabilities.

Requirements:	·MA degree in Speech and Language Pathology. ·NY/SED licensure as a Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) ·Clinical certification; CCC or CFY ·Knowledge of augmentative communication/adaptive technology. ·Bi-lingual Spanish a plus

Social Workers-GuildNet

Description:	GuildNet, is a rapidly growing innovative long term managed care program for chronically ill and disabled adults 18 and over. Through an interdisciplinary and comprehensive care management model, GuildNet achieves its’ mission of assisting members to remain at home in the community for as long as possible. Positions available in New York, Brooklyn and Westchester.

Requirements:	LMSW, experience working with the adult and elderly population,as well as case management experience. Bilingual -English/ Spanish, Russian, Chinese preferred.
