SightCare is The Guild's vision loss information, education and training program. The Jewish Guild for the Blind is accredited by the American Occupational Therapists Association and New York State Nursing Association to provide continuing education units. Our mission is to help people with vision loss attain lives of dignity and independence.
SightCare has developed informational, educational and training programs and materials for those who care for, work with, or interact with visually impaired or blind people in all settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, schools, churches, recreational facilities, and even in a person's own home.
